To post offers, you must create a business account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be authorized to represent the business you register
• You must operate a legitimate business in Ireland

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Business Responsibilities

4.1 Offer Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all offers are:

• Accurate: Correctly describe products, services, and pricing
• Current: Valid during the dates specified
• Honored: You must honor all published offers to customers
• Legal: Comply with Irish consumer protection laws

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT post offers or content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains adult content, violence, or hate speech

• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

4.3 Pricing and Discounts

All pricing must comply with Irish consumer law. You must not:

• Inflate original prices to make discounts appear larger

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (text, images, logos). By posting content, you grant RAD Offers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Create thumbnails, previews, and derivative works for display purposes

The RAD Offers platform, design, logo, and proprietary content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Use our branding without written permission

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Spam users with unsolicited messages
• Post duplicate or repetitive offers

7. Payment and Fees

Current Policy: RAD Offers is currently FREE for businesses to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with 30 days' notice.

If we introduce fees, you will have the option to:

• Accept the new pricing and continue using the service
• Decline and close your account without penalty

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or customer engagement
• Accuracy of third-party information
• Security against all cyber threats

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:

• RAD Offers is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater)
• We are not responsible for third-party actions (e.g., customer disputes with businesses)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
